up to wf3 there are versions for certified linux distributions.
for the wf4 have maintained versions for hp-ux, solars and windows.

I think why pro/concept is an application that also works stand-alone and is very simple from the point of view of porting on other platform.
if you look at the operation it almost seems to play with photoshop.
the cost instead of porting on another platform of an application like pro/e and all its packages according to me is of two orders of higher magnitude, especially for maintenance and release of all datescodes (or service pack if you prefer).
porting on linux had been maintained because a demand for much higher licenses was expected on this platform.
when they realized that the game was not worth the candle, they turned off the bulb.

not that he is an expert programmer... before, but in my opinion when there is only to recompil the costs and the work of the porting are much lower. Did you notice that alias for os x appeared in white without even an announcement the year before? have always unix versions and have recompiled it, and without even the need of x11. nx also recompiled in a very short time, only that had not come too well and waited before marketing it.
