Bye to all,
I have to move an install of pro/e wildfire 2 from an old workstation with windows 2000 to a "new" pc with view.. .

1) wildfire 2 turns with view ?
2) what and how should I do to copy all the customizations (macro, keys, configurations, etc.) of the current installation on the new?

Hi.

1) I don’t think wf2 is certified for view, I suggest you try to install and see how it goes. wf3 is not certified for seven, I installed it and it works well so it is not said that you do not... in luck wolf :-)

2) depends. where do you have the config.pro with all the folders that contain start part, .frm files and various caxxubboli ? in local or in network ?
if they are on the net poorly, you just have to start the program from the same boot directory set on the other machine (you know how? ).

Is the license managed by a licence server or is it nodelocked?
if it is nodelocked you have to ask for a new license file to the ptc otherwise the program does not work on the new machine.

regarding configuration you have to check:
1) in which directory you have config.pro, config.win and .dtl file for configuration
2) open the config.pro with a text editor (well also notepad) and check which directories tip to load start part, format files, color management file and so on

If everything was well organized, everything should be contained in one folder.
equal cups in the new car.
in the pro/e launch icon, please indicate the address of the folder containing the config.
If it's not a problem for you, you can zip the config.pro and post it so I see how it is put and I give you some tips.
