problem automatic displacement tabs layout

hello to all, use autocad lt2015 from a few months. I happen that by clicking on the tabs below to move between the layouts, these change order automatically. I can't figure out whether it's a bug or whether it's an automatic shift dictated by some set variable.
Can anyone solve the problem?? Thank you, Ilbona.

Does it happen to you, too? I think it's a program bug.
