problem avvio with autocad 2016

hi! I downloaded the student version of autocad 2016. installation all ok, but at the time of start it crashes with the following messageclick on ok then exit this
subsequently closes the application and exits the error report page for sending to autodesk.
I have already tried to reload it and reinstall it but the same thing happens.. what can it be?

I don't know how useful this comment may be to you but my friend had a similar problem- the error was given by the damaged motherboard! I don't think it's your case, but it happened to me a few years ago. I had to reinstall windows 7 with all its drivers and I had no problem.
since no one answered you, I'll take my case and my friend's case.
