problem calculation mass property

Good morning to all, I have this problem.
I reset the pc to install the ssd, then later I installed solidworks again and from this new installation, it doesn’t work as before, so I can’t work on it.

I'll explain better, I don't get the mass.

once I had to set the material and evaluate the mass, now if I do this process, I do not leave the table but a system of axes on the solid, nothing else.

I attach photos, also because I failed the cswp segment 1 for this trivial problem since I can not calculate the masses.

check that for some reason the window is not miniaturized in some remote part of the window... :

if possible try to post screenshots of the whole useful area because we nomn can know if the window is hidden somewhere not included in the image.
the command is the one that can be activated by means > > estimate mass ownership; that terna is the center of mass and is always present

I have 2018 and 2019, on the site I seemed to have selected the item 2018-19 and 2019-20, then I don’t know according to the university licenses used they made me download one or the other.
