I have a problem in opening a product: lost 99% of links
the product has a thousand parts
Can someone tell me how I can reset the cgr file?

Hi pierandrea,

I think you want to clear the cache:

menu/instruments/options/infrastructure/product structure/cache management/local cache path

there you find the cache path, which then from windows the gates, you may find difficulty because it is huge or long names, but insist.

Obviously if you have thousands of parts, you should reopen them and make them load in the block cache if not you plant everything (or use the batch utility)

if you do not refer to the cache but you have them in folders apart as cgr that have passed you (thirds) in the projects then do not delete them and repair

also check the size of the cache folder, if it exceeds the one set in the options, it could get you load problems (at least it happened to me); in case or increase the size from the options or delete the folder as already indicated (it is good to do so occasionally)
