save to everyone, I'm struggling with my first model in revit, I have problems regarding coverage/connections with squid you would be so kind to give me a hand? and indicate me the best way..(I would like to do only external renderings so I could avoid "shaving" wooden beams etc..
below place of pictures plant cover - neckline long side and neckline short side - etc...
If you need, I can charge you the model/families. . .

I created the roof taking the outer edge assigning a unique thickness and now how I go to insert the bands with the 1 and 2 shovel profile... Don't tell me, and then put them outside. .
if instead as an perimeter check the inner one (stoped as a roof plant tells me that the walls are no longer associated and I do not cut them in correspondence of the cover...I do not know if I was clear...if not I can post pictures or the model.. .

on the positioning problem depends on how you made the profile family; your insertion point, according to how you drew the section should be the esterradox of the last cover in the gronda, the roof must draw it the perimeter coming about to the half-wall, always according to what you designed in the section. As for the connection between the two types of different profiles I have never verified, but I don't think you do it automatically, try to make you an ad hoc piece in a separate family.
