problem display window parameters

Good day to all, I opened this discussion because suddenly I don't see the pop-up window anymore
"parameters", pressing the icon does nothing and does not give any allert, I tried to look for in the various discussions but I found nothing about it. use inventor 2018 , I tried to recover a configuration but nothing changed. thank you for every suggestion. hello

I solved, in reality the problem was external to wind, the window was hidden in "any way" from other active windows, of other programs. I selected superimposed window in the toolbar and the window is "reappeared".
