Good evening I am a student and I am delighted to use autocad, every time I open projects I get extra lines, I attach a file to make the idea. are not fixed lines, i.e. change direction if I zoom or not. in red, I've been looking for some lines that shouldn't go out, but in fact there are so many.

I also with the same problem
I updated my autocad version... and the problem of the lines changing by acting on the zoom appeared only on a particularly complex file and not on others
I tried to copy parts of the drawing on a new file... but they also copy lines
I understand the answer to hardware accelerating
Thank you.Cattura.webp

tristan is saying that there is the probability (according to me very high) that those extra lines actually do not exist, but are artifacts created by the video card (see driver problem).
Moltè times you solve deactivating the hardware allegation in autocad (try in the guide to see how), others simply updating the driver.
try to select them individually. if they are not selectable, they are not autocad entities.

hi crystal, actually the lines are unselectable, now I try to see the speech acceleration and video card .

good evening, I have a similar problem and it is not hardware acceleration, indeed: if the disable, you can also see in the print preview, which does not happen with the hardware acceleration activated.
I tried to generate pdfs from the various "virtual printers" of the system, the pdf printer emulator, the physical printer on paper... I exported the dwg file by turning it into pdf, but nothing.
The problem is not resolved.
precise that does not happen with all files and that I use the 2d .
I'm freaking out. Thank you for your help.

if you attach the file or part with the problem you could more easily do a weighted analysis instead of going for attempts
