problem dragging dwg blocks from windows to autocad

work for a home furniture company, it is designed in cad but I need to import blocks (3d or 2d) within the customer plan

time ago I was just dragging from the windows folder (the files are in the documents folder) directly inside the cad screen but now it doesn't do it + do it??? :confused

I tried to reinstall the s.o.
win8.1 win10 same problem? ?
