Good morning, everyone. I have a video card readon 2400 pro. use pro/e wildfire 3.0. my problem and that in 3d the program turns perfectly, instead in the drw section when I go to quota the piece seems very slow, e.g. the odds follow the mouse arrow late etc. etc. my question is: do I have any function in the enabled software that creates this problem to me?

I think it's a video card problem.
non-certified boards for cads are always a risk, it can go well and it can work all ... it can go wrong and have different types of problem.
Yours is a classic example.
generally the best mechanical cad cards are the picture nvidia, followed by the fire gl (a long distance).
make a check on the ptc website to see if your card is among those certified (dubito).
