problem dxf

I ask for courtesy to autocad users.
a client passed me 3 dxf files, because he with me10 can't open them.
I tried to import them into pros and this happens:
in drawing environment gives me a loading error;
In the environment part I do not charge texts, texts of quotas and sampling.

I tried to open the file with dwg true view and it is opened regularly, as well as by solidedge drafting 2d.

the problem is that if from these two programs I try to cover the file, however the customer can not open it and anyway in pro/e I repeat the error.

Is there any soul to which I can send the file and tell me what the problem is and whether it is solved?

Unfortunately I cannot post them in public, they are confidential files.

But it would serve someone who has pro/e. Try to save them backwards with draftsight (acad 14 or 2000 for example), it can be too new files for your pro/e version.

you can convert them to various versions and possibly even dwg

hi hunting, I tried converting it to version 2000, nothing to do and with the wf5 I should open at least until 2007.
I put the question here, because those who use autocad should have diagnostic tools to repair any errors (i.e. wrong?).

I solved... these are caxxo tables.
practically in pro/e just open a blank design and import the data from the dxf, instead of opening the dxf directly.
Sorry to bother you next time.
