Good morning, everyone!
First of all I would like to congratulate the managers of this forum for its completeness in engineering matters.

I am doing a project with Moldovaflow following the registration of the explanations of my university teacher (course polymeric engineering mechanical materials). the goal is to perform a complete analysis of cooling and deformation on a piece that I was provided by the teacher: a construction helmet. I already received the 3d file in iges format to import in mf.
I performed a mesh in dual domain, brought the aspect ratio to 6.5 max by manually correcting the mesh and paying attention not to change the geometry of the object.
I performed an analysis of best gate location that, despite the almost ten minutes of time employed (I don't think it's normal using a pc with i7 processor and ssd), completes by providing the gate in the ideal location. However in the log a notice appears that some mesh elements having a thickness less than a given value are not considered in the analysis.
I then try to do a first fill analysis with only one gate (in the studio that opens me automatically after the best gate location) but after about a minute the analysis fails and I am told to consult the log window to see the detail of the error. Unfortunately in the logs nothing appears relative to errors.

given the excessive time of the analysis of bgl and the failure of a simple analysis of fill I hypothesized that the geometry of the helmet (all curved and with hollow parts) involves complications that I do not know. Could it be possible? or a mesh error?

for clarity I attach a photo of the fill analysis log, after the error message i.e. when the analysis has already stopped.
If there is any need for further information I have failed to ask me.

I thank you in advance and hope that some wise will help me, unfortunately I am stuck cause in total experience.

If the analysis stops is because there is a mistake. in the logs is reported in code of this error.
press f1, go to the guide, write the code name and see what it says.

from your image I do not see

hi, I don't know if you solved but when it happens to me without the return of a numerical error from the log usually is a 3d math error.
my advice is to check to cad first of all if the file is open and eventually fix it, secondly to always check to cad that we have no walls too close to each other that create a small air gap... to be eliminated with a face remove. I happened to miss a morning before I realized that it was a simple mistake due to some "cut" of those who shot me the particular.
I hope you can help.
