Hi guys, I would like to know if there is a way to deform a body (a seal) within its headquarters (usually smaller), to make sure that it sees correctly in the axieme. Thank you.

I see no one answers you so I try it even if it's not my specific sector.
When I realized style models, I often received from the mathematical customer who represented seals and these contained within them both versions (named and deformed, open or closed, free or spoiled, in short, called them as you want), and were properly lit or turned off in geometric groups, or contained in two rows with equal names but different index.
if it was not possible to receive both versions, it was used a typical section that was repositioned and flowed in the seat (in fact by doing math).

Unfortunately catia does not manage the configurations inside the parts like other cad so you have to go to the old..... more files 
here from us we have 2 caty gestures, one inside and one out of vpm:
inside the vpm you can create multiple files with the form you want that are children of the seal code that normally designs "at rest"
in distinct ends the father but in 3d loads the configuration "mounted" (flexible)
outside the vpm instead there is the father code with its table in "retirement" configuration and the same file name with the reference of the axieme where it goes, more possible numbering se ne monti more qt. but in different places. example:
father 066111.catpart, 066111.catdrawing
children mounted in 066111@(name together) or 066111@(name together). 1(2,3,4,5) and so on
I hope I've been clear
keep the reference of the seal code in the name of the "mounted" file then it will help you in separate compilation phase
