How do you remove the design grid?? and how to reduce the size of squares?

for the show/hide of the grid look for the key that I attach to you.

regarding the size of the grid, tools -> options and follow the path in the other image

You probably have the hidden menu: click with the right mouse button on the command bar and look for "visualization"
