problem hypermesh

Hello.
I have problems in creating properties and materials in hypermesh 2023, the window that opens me is not complete with all the specifications (see photo), for the rest the software works normally, I think it is due to a trivial setting that I can not find. the selected 'view' menu options are the following 'model browsers, session browsers, workflow help'.
If it happened to someone or has ideas about the resolution would do me a favor, thank you

ps I have already used hypermesh on another device and there was no such problem

Maybe it is a video card driver problem to update or set up correctly.

maybe I give us septages in options to optimize the flow etc of that application.

for example in the picture nvidia there is a directory dedicated to software where you can force some settings
