problem in autocad reinstallation 2010

hello to all as from title I have a problem in reinstalling car cad 2010 after uninstalling it and erased from the pc both from the control panel and from regedit.
Now that I want to reinstall it doesn't give me the chance because it says I already have a newer version installed.
I of versions of autocad I autocad 2004 and zwcad but this is not the problem because when I installed it did not conflict with such versions.
Please help me because I need work and the boss is not happy

thank you so much for the links I read both and I did exactly as they told me to do especially in the second link. I deleted autodesk both from the control panel that entering regedit but the problama is always there.
It's as if he didn't understand that I erased and uninstalled everything, there's no trace of anything in the pc. But the usual phrase "a newer version is already installed" is still.
What do I do?

I have a doubt. in these days I used zwcad and when I wanted to open a design made with autocad 2010 (when it worked) I couldn't, it made me mistake. So now that I'm about to use autocad 2012 is not that I won't be able to open the drawing files made with zwcad? If I can't open them because they should give me an error message or anything, how should I open them?

you can possibly use some viewers to open them.

already you are right I thought about the worst, luckily I tried and open it without problems.
