problem in startup with catenv

Good morning, I find myself with a small but very annoying problem in a managed pc.

catia v5 r20 installed on windows 7 pro x64 in a workstation of m6800 precision.

in the catenv I set that the working area should not be opened at the start (the blue background for us). if I start the program from the desktop icon everything is fine. then I decided to click on the icon below and do (maintain this program in the Taskbar) to facilitate my startup.

in case to open the click program on the bet icon in the bar it starts all right but opens the work area as if you read another catenv.

I also tried to remove the icon from the bar and regenerate it but nothing!

Can you help me?

go to the icon in low/property

as a machine is one of the best I used. both for performance, quality, aesthetics, assembly and above all the guarantee of that approach to that apple.
The only advice I can give you is the nvidea video card. to the general level the caia prefers it than the amds.
