problem installation inventor 2011

hello to all, I have a problem with the installation of inventor 2011 on windows 7. before starting the actual installation, during preliminary checks, I get two errors (2 required action):
1 - you need windows 2000 or later version. unsupported operating system
2 - Make sure windows performance meters work properly

and I can't go any further.. Can someone help me? ? ?

I have a problem with the installation of inventor 2011. on the site, as one of the processors required, is indicated amd athlonTM 64; My pc has a sempron 64 2800. Are they equivalent or can this actually be the problem?

I fear stu is trying to install x86 inventor on win7 x64.. .
