I don't know what you mean "find the installer's log files", that is, what do I do? ?
However besides launching the compressed file that I downloaded always opening it as administrator, I tried to start the setup file and the solid edge st5(.exe creed) file that he extracts from the compressed file and that puts in a folder in temporary files....but still the result is always the same.
