problem installation sw

I recently bought a new pc one of the precision t3500 to use as workstation for sw 09 .
I have installed sw 09 , so far everything ok , but when I click on the icon the program not from errors but you do not start the screen .
I have already contacted the assistance but without result , I have uninstalled and reinstalled sw , I have downloaded windows view updates and sw but nothing, continues not to go .

What can I try now?

The same prob was in June in the office where I worked.

I can't tell you exactly how it works.
But I feel like I understand from the tech supplier of the sw
that with x64 view you have to give "the assertion" to the operation of the prog. somewhere
