problem line thicknesses not properly recognized in print pdf

Hello, I find myself with a line thickness problem, my desire is to create a 0.1mm thick line controlled by ctb, from new file, I create a line for example blue (color 5), and I follow all steps as from screen. the problem is that then analyzing the file thickness is 0.085.

apparently experimenting among the various autocad thicknesses works only with 0.0mm, 0.042mm, 0.085mm and 0.127mm. jumping all intermediate thicknesses.
My question is how to export intermediate thicknesses.

Unfortunately online and in the rest of the forum I couldn't find the same topic even though it may seem trivial.
now it is in use autocad 2015 for mac, but the same happens on autocad windows tried in various versions.

Actually, yes, but as it will be a job that must be published at a very small scale the difference between the thicknesses is known much more so between my 0.127 and 0.085 I needed an intermediate thickness, so we come to the conclusion that autocad can not manage precisely the line thicknesses?

the fact is that you create a pdf that I then go to analyze on illustrator, that is the only program I can manage the line thicknesses, and apparently autocad exports only 4 different thicknesses i.e. ,0mm, 0.042mm, 0.085mm and 0.127mm

illustrator does not convert, simply opens pdf and allows to analyze line thicknesses

verify that the voice has not appeared in print line thickness scale or print the drawing strictly in scale 1:1

It does not depend on autocad and not even on illustrator. the problem is the "pdf printer".

There are several printers, some installed with the autocad package, others can install the user (i, for example, use cutepdf writer).

these printers are programs that transform the information received from autocad in the pdf file. are they who decide the line thicknesses inserted in the file and is to them the association of the thicknesses sent by autocad with those represented in the pdf file.

because they do not make a 1:1 conversion of the thicknesses is a mystery, but it is certain that different "printers" generate files with different thicknesses, even starting from the same file, even using the standard thicknesses of the autocad table.

the only way to solve the problem in the way you want to do it is to find a "printer" that works without conversions decided independently, but I can't tell you where to find it.

if you can use illustrator, why don't you convert the thickness after importing the design? Illustrator is a graphic program that allows a manic control over each imported entity. there is no problem to select all lines of a certain thickness and change them globally in another. It's a matter of minutes.

the format of illustrator is .ai non .pdf therefore to bring the pdf to illustrator, there is some passage of deliveries or conversion. When I told you that it's a printer problem, I'd allude to virtual printers, but obviously not to castings...
