problem materials libraries and styles

I updated inventor at 2015 and from now on I can't do anything at the level of material libraries and aspects. I can't create importing practically I can't handle these libraries in any way, the inico material I see is the one assigned to the part I opened.
Has anyone had the same problem?

Click start menu programs -autodesk -autodesk inventor -tools -style library manager

I still have to go through 2015 so my memory can go wrong, but what I remember the procedure is:

1) create an i2015 bookcase type folder and copy the whole folder with the old library, templates and how much you want to migrate;
2) with programming operations migri all to rel. 2015;
3) in tools> application options>file update file paths to your new folders

if you are on the network with multiple users all can point to the same folders so that you are synchronized at company level.

I solved at the uninstalled root and reinstalled now everything ok.
