Hello I mirrored a component compared to a plan and I created a new file independent from the first, I have the following problems:
1) a created file from errors in reconstruction
2) I can not in any way modify and in particular the errors of reconstruction of the design because if I do of the operations it always makes me appear the symmetric component from which I started the left one

I often delight myself for hobby to use crystal bowl or to read the coffee funds to understand what certain users are looking for.

in your case it was all useless then of the two:
1) place the file of swx and we look at ourselves by doing away with squandering time to interpret incomprehensible explanations and useless images (you only understand that there are functions that no longer find the reference faces)
2) write clearly indicating exactly what features fail by attaching the images you need, i.e. at least the tree of history and the windows with expanded errors, which we cannot slide the cursors to read what is missing.

in reality the ideal situation would be the option 1+2, but this year must be already happened once for which the next, and unique, will be in 2013. :redface:

deletes the mirroring and refracts by removing the flag to the option "interrupt links to the mirrored parts" and those deu feature do not fail anymore.
I add two things:
1) in the left side that you want to mirror you have the extrusion of the barrel that protrudes from the mirroring plane along with a lot of other geometry. It's wrong because then in the axieme you have the intersection of the volumes and however it doesn't make sense if it's the mirror to couple two components along the mirror plane.
2) all the modeling you have done is a sample of things not to do, starting from the systematic use of sketches only partially defined and sometimes even completely free.
the first sketch, of which place the image, is simply chilling; If you touch something by mistake, everything goes to cheerful donnine. Not even from the origin you started drawing. . .
I don't have time to look at how you did the various features but I'm afraid they'll be on the same wavelength as sketches.

I don't understand what trouble you have. see the image of the mirrored part with the addition of an extrusion and a cut, which obviously only affect the mirrored part.
select the mirrored part, click on change part and do what you need.
But I repeat... That model is all to do.

It is always worth the rule to post files that give you problems, so not only the part, but the complete axieme of mirrored parts in the state where it gives you the problem.
