problem missing updates filenames with name save

I noticed that if I start a new design, except with top name in the title bar I have the full path with the new name given by me.
if I go to windows (windows) and look at the autocad open files does not update the name of the saved file by name, the same thing happens with another 2017 version cad I have 2013. How come?

You mean he does that in the sense that he "does not" update the names....

Well maximum thanks to the answer, no if I do ctrl tab passes me to other programs such as firefox thunderbird etc etc etc.
