First of all hello to all, I am new. Sorry I'm not in the right session but I'm in the office and I'm trying to solve a problem. my work station is an intel i7 8 core, nvidia geforce 2 gb, ram 16 gb, but using autocad (I just have to move objects to print pdf views) the mouse goes to snaps and does not allow me to work. I have seen that there is already another discussion about this problem, on this forum, and I have tried to implement all the recommended solutions (unactive desktop composition, active compatibility for windows 7...); I also checked that the software was 64-bit (and it is), but I can't figure it out. If someone wanted to give me a hand, I'd love to.
Greetings to everyone!

Are you sure autocad is actually using gtx?
Are the drivers of the card updated?
What version of autocad are we talking about?

with the 3d, the heaviest ones, in practice it is as if you were working with a grinder instead of a workstation assembled this Friday. -.-' however I just upgraded the drivers, restarted and the problem persists. .

the version of autocad is 2013, the drivers I just updated them (from the control panel) and to the first question honestly I don't know how to answer. . .

What do you mean from the control panel? Did you download them from the nvidia website?
Is hardware acceleration activated?

control panel -> device management -> video card -> nvidia geforce -> click with dx key: driver update. But I know that at 'this point I have to download them from the site. hardware acceleration is active...

Sorry, but the problem persists, I uninstalled and reinstalled autocad, upgraded, downloaded the updated drivers of the card from the nvidia site, enabled hardware acceleration. ..when I make a selection in autocad (transcinating the selection square) the mouse continues to snap and hang. . _

post: if you disable hardware acceleration works a little better, even if you do not solve it permanently. . .

command info and see if near the product version is present the autocad wording 2013 sp 1.1

Hi, I had the same mouse problem with autocad 2013, I also heard the assistance and applied their indications (activation, update driver, service pack, etc) without result. My mouse was like wireles. I don’t know what sense I have however solved by changing mouse (tolto mouse microsoft put mouse logitech). Booh!
