problem pointer with rectangles

Recently in some dwg (I can say, if it is useful, that are not native but export in dwg of file drawing of other programs) I appear two rectangles at the moment when I step over the cursor on some elements, see photo... I don't understand what this is about.... .Thank you.

Meanwhile thank you though if the disable as you see in the command line I remain the squares

We specify that the command line is the one at the bottom where the commands are inserted and the commands are written. Are you referring to the pointer?
