problem preview file *.slddrw

Good morning.
I wanted to know if you have ever heard/lived a problem similar to the one shown in the picture.
start to see the previews of the blue designs....

sw2009 sp4.1
so winxp32bit sp3.0
almost clean installation, without unnecessary programs or anything.
picture nvidia board. driver -> last.
the problem, it turned out from one day to another... I don't know, some update of windows...bo? ?

Excuse me.
I was at the fair last week and I was absent.

to solve 2 methods :

1 - My method. I brutally "resetted" the installation of sw2009 through regedit (calncellation of a string) and remitted a backup of setting before the stub.

2 - assistance method. delete the thumbs.* file (those hidden files) within the directories. not tried by me because the problem has been solved before their advice.
