problem simulation inventor

Hello I am new hope not to make a duplicate of the question I would like to ask you.
use inventor professional 2014 today installing it in a new computer I noticed that in the "environment" section I can not select dynamic simulation analysis stresses etc. as never in the other computer works quietly but in this no I tried to reinstall inventor looking in the settings of installation but nothing changed.
How can I solve this?
