problem sketch on part 3d

Hello everyone,

After creating a 3d piece, I decide to put myself in a plan to make a second sketch. Once I enter the sketch mode, I would like the 3d piece to "lose its three-dimensionality", and to be seen completely in front. selecting the xy plan and crushing the appropriate button, I see that I can't put myself completely orthogonal to the other two floors. How can I solve this problem? I attach the image in case you hadn't been clear enough.

I do not know catia, but from the attached image it seems rather a matter of visualization. I think you should turn off the perspective view.
