problem snap with keyboard insert

Good evening to all,
I have a problem with autocad lt 2002.

from yesterday (after a system block) has strange behaviors:

-1. clicking the mouse wheel didn't use the pan function anymore (placed by setting the mbuttonpan variable to 1)

-2. uses the snap even when I insert the coordinates of a keyboard line... I don't understand why! and especially how I can avoid this behavior.

for point 2 so much to remove it from the boxes and continue drawing f3 key is the on/off of the snap.
if it is off can not take the final points, average etc.. etc.
Of course it's just a palliative, waiting for someone who explains the strange behavior....
