problem too much iproperties

Good morning, I realized that by setting the material on steel (carbon, molten, sweet, galvanized..) the mass is equal to 0kg. the problem arises both creating a new file, editing the template I don't understand why. help

I did not open it because it is made with later version of mine, but I ask you 2 questions:

1: In physical iproperties, did you click "upon" at the top right?
2: Are the characteristics of mass in material or material styles correct?

1: Yes, I updated
2: These are the default ones, I selected only "steel,carbon"

I do not know for what reason, but they are to fix the mechanical characteristics of or materials.
