Problem visibility 3d model

I made a 3d model of a building; that file if I open it on my pc turns out to be perfectly visible in all plants of the floors, of the countertops, and also in the camera views I set, prospective... .
If I open it with my colleague's computer, who until yesterday will also work on the file, in the views, projected, camera that on the other pc the model was visible, now it is completely gone, as if there was no 3d model! ! !

to verify I tried to build a wall in the ground floor plant, I can't do it and this message appears to me:
"No one of the elements created is visible in the floor plan view: 0 - ground floor. it may be appropriate to check the view or region of active plant, its parameters and its visibility settings. "What could have happened since yesterday when everything was visible, while today it disappeared? not only, if the file synchronizes it with the central, when I open it from my pc, which before the rescue saw it correctly, it turns out to be invisible to him too.

However, I have resolved, although I have not yet understood the reason for sudden invisibility.
I went to abacus, I selected the walls and then it shows in the model and all the 3d is "materialized".
