problem with add-in libworks chains

hello to all, as from title I have a problem to load the Cadanas addin...after installing the addin if I go into the additions does not appear in the list. I pressed that I used win7 32bit before and after installing it I found it regularly among the addins... now I changed operating system and went to win7 64 bits.

Can you help me? ?

It happened to me too and the assistance told me to reinstall it. at that point everything worked, I don't remember if they gave me any recommendation during the installation.

I solved. ..practically the antivirus blocked me a part of installation even if it didn't give any error...reinstalling everything without antivirus goes... thank you
