problem with autocad 2018

Bye to all,
I have a problem with autocad 2018 student version. practically when I insert a dashboard (for example to symbolize cement) or is not displayed at all or is displayed as a solid color filling (all white). I thought the scale was the problem, but I didn't solve anything.
You know how I can solve this?
p.s.: with previous versions of acad always worked me perfectly, so I exclude that it is a computer problem.

Okay, guys, lucky I solved. I don’t know what I had changed but resetting default options has solved everything.

when you pass the files you have to save them in previous versions because not everyone has the latest version. 2108 in your case.
2013 or 2010 for example
