Hello, everyone.
I recently purchased a ti89 calculator on which I uploaded the program for the cinematic analysis called cinematix.
My problem is to display the results that are expressed as matrices, as the present values are more "big" than the screen and are cut or overlapped.
I couldn't find anything about it and maybe the problem is not related to the program but to the possibility of scrolling the data to screen, someone using this calculator has encountered similar inconveniences? You got it?
thanks to anyone who can help me.
greetings and good weekend:wink:
Michael

Thanks for the answer, for the moment I solved by changing the set of precision with which the results are displayed, indeed they were a little too "precise";-).
thanks again for the links and if I can recommend to those who study mechanical foundations applied to the machines this program very useful to control the results of the exercises.
Hi.

I have for years a ti89, but without manual she is not exactly immediate. always better than the hp, however:biggrin: (use still emulated on the pc, so I do not unload the batteries)
put the link, which may interest me

I'm dead! very meio texas.. .especially for the vastness of available programmes.
with hp if you don't have the manual in your pocket you don't understand a pipe!!1:wink:
Hi.
the hp is not difficult to use as you want to make believe! any calculator is difficult to use if you do not read the manual. . .

I think exactly the opposite: the hp 50g is much better and more powerful than the ti, including the last ie the ti-nspire cas.

greetings,
Supergems.

boh, I haven't bought one for years (my is 8 years old!) and I'm interested in buying it, so it can also be. However, I have no intention of discussing what is best: That I have and that I have:
When I pass it to my son it will probably want at least one touch screen and fullhd resolution, so I will put the problem if and when. and if it doesn't suit him there's always a lot of fruit to harvest in summer:rolleyes:

Thank you very much maca75.

But you know how it works.
for example: to do position analysis.
asks for the number of members. Let's say it's 4.
then asks you the length of the carrier and the angle. but if it is the analysis of position it is not all the angles and lengths:tongue:. the position analysis provides that you find two or more unknown (an angle and a length, or two angles, or two lengths). but if I don't enter the numerical data he doesn't go on.
So how do you do it?

Thank you:

Hi.
then you have to proceed this way
1 do position analysis
Enter the number of members, then your known data, e.g. t1=3, t2=5 ....
when you should insert the value that is unknown to you write the name of the variable, for example if you miss the length of the member 3 when you appear t3? you write t3 and he interprets it as an unknown the same goes for the corners.
then asks you the names of the unknowns and here you have to reinsert the first names (in our e.g. t3)
insert the first attempt values "nose" and the value of the epsilon (0.001 if you have measurements in mm) and aspects that converge.
2 speed analysis, the data you entered before are left in memory for this you must first do the position analysis, and you must insert the values of linear and angular speeds for example t11 refers to the linear speed of the member 1 (the derivative of t1 compared to the time) the same for angle speeds repeating what is said for point 1 for the unknown values.
3 acceleration analysis with the same points 1 and 2.
sometimes it can give you error if you haven't set as a way to process the numerical data on approximate (see modes on the manual).
important that when you do a new exercise reset the variables.
I hope I've been helping you
