Bye, guys. I have a very important problem with catiav5, ps:premetto that I am a beginner with the use of this program.
after days of use and drawing creations, now, I can't create a new sketch because I can't view the various lines, axes ect. after selecting the sketcher and the xy plan ad es display the following image:
Immagine.webpand already here does not display the h,v reference axes. extra if I create a board or various lines do not see me, but they are hidden type. I updated the video card drivers but the problem persists. I have a very new computer, I repeat I used the program days ago without problmi. How do I behave?

try looking for video tutorials on youtube.
I remember that there are to download for the various sections (parts, assembly, drafting, ect ect).

What version are you using?
Students?
pirate, what?

I uninstalled the program...reinstalled...but nothing.... uffffffffffffffffff

depends on the installation, look for the folder with windows, be careful that all folders are visible (otherwise you make those hidden)

Usually they are in the directory: c:\users\tuonome\appdata\roaming\dassaultsystemes (the exact address depends on environment variables) and contain caia configuration settings, then search the folder and fan a security copy, then delete all content and start caia.

Thank you. .then I saw all the folders but I can't find that catsetting...I find a catsettingimportexport file and I just...now I started the search in c:, but I can't find anything... at this point I should format the pc?

You don't have to format anything! You just have to find it, sometimes it's hidden. search on google how to make hidden folders visible and refer the search.

Thank you very much!!! it was hidden..I deleted all the files, restarted as you said...and now I can draw without problems...thanks a thousand, you are a genius;)
