problem with command move autocad 2013

Good morning to all, I downloaded autocad 2013 on my pc but I find some difficulties with commands. I used autocad 2010 first and I was fine. the command that is causing me more problems in absolute is the command "setting". practically if I go to select a line or object and move them, in addition to the selected object other elements are dragged, such as adjacent lines. how can I do to eliminate this function and make sure that only what I want is moved?
