hello to all boys, I'll enlighten you my problem.. .
if to an object not regular, like a wedge or a wall a little crooked, I check a material and then I stick a cubic mapping, the mapping cube does not align orthogonally to the cards axes and then to the solid, but it is rotated completely randomly on the three axes...
This problem only arises with the 2009 and 2010 version of autocad, while with 2007 it did not happen.
tried on multiple computers and the result is always that.
I attach a screen image.. .

thank you in advance for your help.

Franciscan.

I actually did several tests, I rebuilt the solid to make sure that there were no errors in modeling, I copied it into a new file, but nothing changed.
It is strange because it seems that there is no alignment to the solid, even with respect to the inclination of the bonnets
the only solution that for now comes to mind is to align step-by-step the zigmo of the cubic mapping to the solid acting on the 3 axes of rotation, although the result is certainly not perfect
