problem with dashed lines

I find myself having a dotted line on a file and I see it covered well, while the same line on another file with equal scale and equal file settings I don't see it anymore. Can you help me?

Are you talking about model space or paper space? have you verified that msltscale and psltscale variables are set equal? how is the annotation scale set? the autocad version you are using what? are lines or polylines?
If you want to help you formulate well the questions, otherwise you may not answer or worse send yourself to that country

Sorry I didn't want to turn on your ires or get you nervous, the variables you say I have already verified that they were the same and that's why I don't understand where the problem is, I was wondering if there was anything more that could imply this way of viewing. I work with a 2011 autocad, I am in the model space and I have not set anything annotative, in this design I do not need quotas, writings or annotative lines.

You want mine? According to me in the first file you used the hidden line of the acad.lin file while in the second you used the acadiso.lin hidden.
on the pill first floor.dwg file I loaded the hidden line from acadiso.lin and is equal to the other file
