Hello.
I am nico and I am preparing an examination of urbanism in group with two other boys, we are analyzing a field of city and we have divided the area into 3 smaller subzones better manageable, so we are working on 3 dwg, with identical map base (identical starting file), which are joined to have the final elaborate.
I used the _insert command to insert the other two dwg into my but autocad (2012 for mac) crash and do not want to know how to move forward, I tried to do it also with a pc windows(autocad 2012)but the result and unchanged, I tried to lighten the files so as to decrease the weight from about 1.5 mb to 500 kb leaving only the essential but the result is the same! I tried to save the file in previous formats or even in dxf and then go back with different names in dwg but without resulting in any beneficial result.
Is there an alternative method to join these 3 dwg or at least copy in one of all levels that are present only in the other 2 files?
