problem with engine reactor.

Hello everyone, first topic = first problem.
I am using 3ds max to animate ventilation blades.
following this tutorial http://gameprog.it/index.php?resource=1240, I arrived at the preview of the animation, only that when I send in play the blades fall into the void.
What do I forget to set? ? ?

you have to set a constraint, (but it's so much that I don't use reactor...) to the blades or if you just have to turn the blades you should use an animation without reator, activate autokey and roote the blades..ciao
