problem with express tools installed but unknown commands

good evening after hours I managed to install myself express tool appears in the menu

but when I generate my figure I go in express -> tools and choose make shape I exit command unknown.. I don't know if I was wrong.

It is done ^_^ goods now I am trying to create first with mkshape and then with mkltype a line made by triangles but without success I appear many points ..
