problem with graphics card ati in a pc hp pavillion with autocad 2012

my brother bought a hp pavillion under my advice and after installing autocad 2012 they are experiencing some problems in using it , then the first problem arises when it is using the program and suddenly the toolbar disappears and reappears when the mouse passes it on as it is possible this list?

tab ati radeon, installed sw, and party, stop; certain my hp has a few years and was new.

What do you mean, maybe you anchored the bar on one side of the monitor?
