problem with import dwg in impression 3

good day to all are new I need to solve a problem that I found with impression 3!
I can't import autocad designs in impressions. I in autocad work in scale 1:100 I tried to import but nothing does not show me the design, I tried to change scale and nothing yet .I would need to know step by step as it does to import a design in impression so maybe I solve! !

tried to change the sheet in files -> document impression setup? as well as the scale units always present there.
then why are you talking about importing when impressions open the dwg directly?

I mean? What do you mean by scale 1:100? explained better...isn't that scale drawings in the model space? Because if that's what you did wrong!

- I open impression 3 - I go to file - open - and from I open the drawing..nn is it right? ? ?

so when I make x open my autocad design on impression is scale to 100.

since in the first post you talked about importing and not opening, so I had specified that impression opens the dwg.
attach a dwg that you can't view on impression, just a design contour without attaching the whole file. so who has impression can verify.

opens properly in impression. I checked.
but when does the opening options screen "open layout & viewports" appear?
there you have the choice between opening the model or layouts.
certainly wrong at that point.

Are there xrif?
are there specific entities that you can't import?
What do you mean, "no"? Does the design matter partially or does it matter?

No there are no xrifs, I get the error message that says that design cannot be imported. I tried to put all the drawing on a single layer and so I care, another one doesn't bother me and leaves my layers unchanged... That is why I asked if you had to change the design or save it in a particular way.

try to try to save it in other dwg formats more "data"?
by curiosity, how many layers are present in the design you tend to import?

Then:
file cover 5layers I deleted the restraints and saved in 2004 nothing, the amount only if I put it on a single layer
file Section 6layers saved in 2007, the amount without any problem
It's really weird.
