problem with layer your mit

Hello everyone
I have a table set made by a colleague I can't change the layer.
on my drawing, selecting a quota and then the layer, I correctly view the changes in shape and color of the annotations.
On the table of my colleague instead, at the vary of the layer, I always see the black line (on my table instead, basic, is grey).
What can that be?

with the activation of the feature I see that the lines become gray from black that were. But when I go to impose a layer, they remain gray.
