problem with "press and drag" blocking autocad

Hey, guys, I'm working on a little project. It is a model of my idea that I will make in wood ( laser cutting). so after drawing the tracks I take advantage of it to "mount" it in 3d and verify the correctness of the inks.
the other day I was working with autocad 2018. at some point I went in 3d mode to see details. some circumferences were not regular (so that autocad manages them so to save resources), so for lazy I entered 3-4 times below the command rigen. nothing has changed...but what is worse is that now I press "press and drag" begins to regenerate randomly (?) and becomes unusable since it slows down. after various and useless attempts I also tried to uninstall and reinstall the program, but the problem remains. It is a series of tracks and in some facades there are logos inside (exported by illustrator).
Is there a kind of diagnostic to understand what you're doing?

(on the hardware side there are no gaps)

Thank you!

try to remove logos, often images, pdf, ole or references in general can slow you down. If the pc is recent, and so it has no physical components that don't make it, did you try to update the video drivers? Is hardware acceleration available and activated?

somewhere in autocad there is a bug that "route" the display of the design during the drag operations.
Try opening your dwg, copy everything and paste it into an empty dwg.

with the command "_rain3Does it improve?

I will never abandon autocad because I think it is the best alternative to traditional tecnigraph, when there is to draw in 2d, quote, etc..... but it has a management of the penosa video card. 3ds max, compared to another planet, from this point of view. It only gets fucked if you exaggerate in the subdivision of the faces. But you have to exaggerate before you start having trouble. But the autocad "technigraph" is unsurpassed as a tecnigraph, in fact. with autocad, if you make a roof even a little tricky, I buy sticky tiles (even if you do them as simple surfaces) you will have to freeze them in a layer, otherwise even the only one to pass the mouse over from big problems if you do not have the right video card.

anyway try to launch the command "elimina" and look if there is something that went to weigh down the design. ,

Hello, guys, thank you for all the answers. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a "canonical" solution to the problem. I had to physically delete the logos and save the file with a new name, and it worked. so I worked the file and finally I reset them into the verified file. Of course these things leave me perplexed; I have a p4000 picture and an i7 7820x, I thought I had power to sell but obviously cad 3d does not exploit it.
Now I'm rolling on another matter. the final file will have to send it to the laser cut, so it is essential that they are not overlapping lines (pene a double step), and here comes the magic "overkill". But when I insert it corrects a lot of elements, but it also eliminates some lines, and others connects them in a way that I do not explain.
How come? ? ? ?
Thank you so much!!

[Era sufficente esplodere l'oggetto prima d'inserire il comando]... scented.
