problem with render in cloud

Hello everyone, I have a very serious problem with a cloud render (gravissimo because if I don't find a solution I'm in the middle of the road for this exam!!). making a test comes the result in photo. practically is a lot of size degrees formed by multiple houses. each type of house was added in the general file via the command connects revit. the point is that I do not know why you do not see the exterior walls and roofs of the houses but only some internal details.
However, this problem only arises by making a cloud render, trying to make a PC make the problem does not show up! !

Has anyone ever happened, or do you know what this is about? I have version 2014 students

If you have revit 2014 and find yourself with this problem, calculate the rendering to your pc and let the cloud go. the reasons could be multiple and without autodesk technical support you may not come to the end

hello thanks to the answer, in fact I revit 2014 and I noticed that in the cloud there are too many problems. beginning with the scale of materials or the temperature of the lights.
Since I am a student and would have the opportunity to download revit 2013 with free license, would you recommend downloading it? Maybe just to make cloud renders? or are there any problems?

because the problem is that with my pc I wouldn't be able to make a good render.. .

cloud rendering is growing slowly but it still takes time to mature.
