problem with revit installation 2013

hi to all, I write to you because I can't install revit 2013, I bring back the message that appears during the installation:
"the library could not be installed/unistalled .please exit all running application and try again"

I tried several times but nothing to do, did any of you have my own problem? Could someone tell me what the problem might be?

have you installed the student version?
have you installed from internet or dvd?
operating system?

I also happen to me the same exact error of installation of the library.
I downloaded the real student. but the fact happens to me with an installation nn downloaded by autodesk.
