problem with rhino

Hello everyone, I am experiencing problems with the use of rhinoceros software. I installed it a few days ago and initially didn't bother me. I've been trying to work on it for a couple of days, it's stuck all the PC so much that I have to force the shutdown. I can't even do simple operations like zooming or moving on the window that immediately crashes. I have a macbook pro retina 13 (2015) and I installed rhino on windows 10 having made a partition about 2 years ago. I think it shouldn't be a partition or operating system problem because I have always used solidworks and I haven't had any problems like this.
You know how I can solve this?

from how the story seems a problem with the video card, there should be a pr setting to disable hardware acceleration (video card) and use software acceleration. much slower, but lets you understand if the problem is there. I'm sure he's in solidworks, but I think he's got rhino.
Have you tried asking for Rhino's assistance? normally they are courteous and fast.

Thank you very much for the answer. reading around the net, probably the problem is right in the video card. before contacting the assistance I tried to install the previous version, so rhino 5 and seems to be all right, or better, yesterday I worked smoothly throughout the evening. I cross my fingers and for now I go on like this
